We may apply an additional charge if your pet arrives more than 30 minutes after the scheduled grooming appointment time. Please note, this only applies to grooming services. For daycare, a late pick-up fee of $15 applies after 6 p.m.

This fee applies only to grooming appointments. If a pet shows aggression during daycare, they may be dismissed from our facility. An additional fee may also be assessed for pets exhibiting challenging behavior during their stay.

A scent space is included in our Gold Package. This dedicated area allows dogs to explore different scents and textures, encouraging cognitive development, stress relief, and mental stimulation. Fun fact: just 15 minutes of sniffing is equal to an hour of physical exercise for dogs! This feature is available as an add-on when you visit us.

Dogs enrolled in our Gold and Silver boarding packages receive a bath before departure. This service can also be requested for our daycare dogs.

We offer a daily photo package for all daycare and boarding stays. For an additional $10 per day, you'll receive photos of your dog during their visit with us.

We offer multi-dog discounts! Ask our staff about daycare deals, and enjoy $10 off when multiple dogs from the same family share a boarding kennel.

A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 50% of the total boarding cost is required at the time of reservation.

We kindly ask that you bring your dog's regular food. Our facility provides bowls, blankets, and beds for your pet's comfort.

These pickup and drop-off times apply on Saturdays and Sundays only. We have two designated windows: 8:00–9:00 AM for morning pickups and 3:00–4:00 PM for afternoon pickups. During the week, daycare and boarding do not have set pickup or drop-off times.
